Therefore, this retreat is co-led by a highly experienced indigenous or traditional Shaman/Curandero AND a Western-trained Licensed Psychotherapist (e.g., specializing in Somatic Experiencing or trauma-informed care). This ensures both spiritual wisdom and clinical safety.
